Hi everyone!!

Today  you’re going to read and write an informal letter for a time capsule.

Avui llegiràs i escriuràs una carta informal per a una càpsula del temps.

A time capsule is a container that is usually made of metal.

People put things from the present time inside the time capsule and then bury it underground. After that, on a certain date, in the future (often in 10, 20 ,30 … years’ time), the time capsule is opened.

Una càpsula del temps és un recipient que normalment està fet de metall.

La gent posa coses (objectes)  que son actuals ( d’ara) dins de la càpsula i llavors, l’amaga (enterra)  baix terra.

Després d’això , a una data al futur ( 10, 20, 30… anys més tard, més o menys)  obre la càpsula.

I invite you to read the letter in your Pupil’s book on  page 66.

Underline unknown words and then look for  them in the dictionary.

T’invito a que llegeixis la carta que trobaràs a la pàgina 66 del llibre de coneixements.

Subratlla les paraules que no entenguis i després les busques al dicccionari.

L’activitat que has de fer avui és una carta informal entre 50 i  100  paraules.

Has d’enviar la carta a la teua mestra d’anglès.

 

Remember to organise the information into paragraphs:

·         The address is in the top right corner.

·         The date is below the address.

·         The letter starts with a greeting.

·         There’s new information in each paragraph.

·         You’ve included a closing message.

·         It’s interesting to read.

Recorda d’organitzar  la informació en paràgrafs:

·        L’adreça dalt de tot al costat dret.

·        La data baix de l’adreça.

·        La carta comença en una salutació.

·        Hi ha nova información a cada paràgraf.

·        Has d’incloure un missatge de comiat.

·        Ha de ser interessant de llegir.

If you have a garden and you want to bury  your time capsule, send  a photo of the place.

Si tens un jardí i vols enterrar la teua càpsula del temps , ens pots enviar una foto del lloc.
